What is FreightAxiom?
FreightAxiom is an AI-assisted freight operations platform built for brokers. It combines load visibility, live tracking, document workflows, carrier coordination, shipper visibility, notifications, and operational intelligence into one command-center experience.
Who is FreightAxiom built for?
FreightAxiom is designed for freight brokers, broker operations teams, carriers, dispatchers, drivers, and shippers who need cleaner visibility and fewer manual follow-ups.
Is FreightAxiom publicly available?
FreightAxiom is currently in private beta. Selected brokers, carriers, and shippers are being onboarded to test real-world workflows before public launch.

Does FreightAxiom replace brokers?
No. FreightAxiom is built around a human-controlled AI philosophy. AI assists by monitoring signals, ranking priorities, and recommending next steps. Humans remain in control of decisions.
What does Operate by Exception™ mean?
Operate by Exception™ means FreightAxiom watches tracking, documents, delays, risk, notifications, and follow-up tasks, then surfaces only the items that require broker attention.
What is the AI Command Center?
The AI Command Center provides operations health, daily briefing, risk snapshots, queue intelligence, and recommended next steps so brokers can quickly understand what matters most.

Tracking
Does FreightAxiom support live tracking?
Yes. FreightAxiom supports live tracking so brokers and authorized parties can monitor shipment movement, last ping, tracking health, and ETA signals.
Can carriers start and stop tracking?
Yes. Carriers can start and stop tracking from the carrier portal depending on their assigned load and permission status.
Does FreightAxiom provide ETA intelligence?
FreightAxiom is designed to support ETA awareness, movement signals, and tracking health indicators so brokers can identify potential issues earlier.

Documents
Can carriers upload documents?
Yes. Carriers can upload requested documents such as insurance, W-9s, carrier agreements, BOLs, PODs, and lumper receipts.
Can brokers request carrier compliance documents?
Yes. Brokers can request carrier compliance documents, and carriers can see those requests in their portal and upload the required files.
What documents does FreightAxiom support?
FreightAxiom supports rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoices, insurance, W-9s, carrier agreements, and other operational documents.

Portals and Visibility
Is there a carrier portal?
Yes. Carriers can view assigned loads, update status, start tracking, and upload documents through the carrier portal.
Is there a shipper portal?
Yes. Shippers can receive shipment visibility, status updates, ETA awareness, and delivery progress based on the loads assigned to them.
Do carriers and shippers see all broker data?
No. FreightAxiom is designed around role-based visibility. Carriers and shippers should only see the loads and information relevant to their assigned shipments.

Private Beta
Who can join the private beta?
The private beta is open to selected freight brokers, carriers, and shippers who want to help test real-world workflows and provide feedback.
What do beta partners test?
Beta partners help test load creation, carrier onboarding, shipper visibility, live tracking, document workflows, notifications, queue workflows, and AI recommendations.
How do I apply?
